What data is processed by Silvr?

We collect and process four categories of data (i) declarative elements and supporting documents provided via the registration form on our website and during our email exchanges (ii) secure banking information as provided by our payment provider (iii) connection and navigation information on our website. Finally, (iv) we analyse data from the various connected platforms:

  • Visitor data: Google Analytics
  • Sales data: Shopify | Prestashop | WooCommerce | etc.
  • Collection data: Stripe | Paypal | Payplug | Mercanet | etc.
  • Data from advertising campaigns: Google Ads | Facebook Ads
Who processes your data?

Within Silvr, data processing is limited to authorised personnel and the information collected during the application process is stored in a secure computer file hosted in Europe.

Information may be transmitted to our collection partners (in particular bailiffs) in the context of the management of disputes and/or unpaid bills.

Information may also be passed on to our subcontractors: email service provider, telephony service provider, audience analysis services, identity document analysis service.

We are also legally obliged to pass on certain data, in particular identification data, to our payment service provider.

Our service providers process your data securely within the European Union, or in third countries recognised as adequate by the European Union.

Your data is not and will never be sold to third parties.

What are the legal bases for data processing?

The data collected via our forms and our service providers is collected in the context of the processing necessary for the execution of the contract: study of the financing application file, means of payment, for the sole purpose of Silvr's legitimate interests (risk management, fight against fraud, solvency control, constitution of scoring models, improvement of the customer's experience). The data collected also meets our legal obligations: checking the identity of the customer, combating fraud, money laundering and the financing of terrorism.

What is a cookie?

Cookies are files that are saved and read by your browser and stored on your computer or smartphone. They are generally used to store your user preferences, store information for example for shopping carts and provide anonymised tracking data to third party applications such as Google Analytics. Silvr uses cookies to improve your browsing experience and to analyse and monitor the performance of its website.
